Yes, we are. Our factory now covers 3,600 square meters and daily output can reach 10,000pcs. Barst is a registered brand from Jier-JR.
Where do you export mainly?
At the moment, we export to over 30 global markets but the main markets are North America, Europe, Australia, Japan and South Africa. We're looking for a new dealership, if interested, welcome to join us.

How can I know your quality is good?
You should have a test at least. Even though we have focused on pump products for over 15 years, we have stable quality and more loyal trust in our products, and we're certificated with CE, ETL, UL, CUL, UKCA, SAA, GS... Just leave an opportunity for both of us. Barst deserves your trust.
Do you offer free samples?
We would rather say yes but we're sorry at the moment, we don't supply free samples for individual or household consumers but if you're a business company,
We can offer free samples less than 530GPH (2000LPH) but you have to afford the shipping cost.
If you want to test the samples beyond than 530GPH, you have to afford all the test costs but we can cut it off from your first order.
BTW, we 100% responsible for all quality problems so we're sure you will like it.
If it's quality problems, what's your solution?
We have a comprehensive after-service agreement. To be short to answer your question, if the products comply our claim terms including the warranty date and conditions, we will be responsible for that, 100% for free.
If you're a Business customer, we will verify - find reasons - improve and reply with how to avoid it, at the same time to be responsible for your loss.
What's your MOQ?
If you're a household buyer, you can purchase from our Amazon and there is no MOQ but if you're a business company, our dealer or OEM client, it should be 100pcs at least.

Are your water pumps certificated?
Yes, our water pumps tthey all comply with various safety standards issued by CE, ETL, UL, CUL, UKCA, SAA, GS...Some of our spare parts like the rubber power cord is VDE certificated and the SJTW wire is UL certificated, which can withstand the lowest temperature to -35℃ (-31°F).

What do you do to ensure the good-quality water pumps?
High-end raw materials. For example, we only choose high-quality copper wire, rotor and qualified shaft materials. Thus, we can get certified by the most international certification institutions.
Semi-automatic manufacturing process. To prevent electrical leaks, mechanical sealing and glue filling has been achieved semi-automatic in the production line for higher sealing integrity. We're trying to apply more automatic solutions to reduce quality risks.
Professional accessories and spare parts suppliers. For example, our power cords can be standard waterproof or upgraded rubber material cords, they can withstand freeze temperatures down to -35°C (-31°F).
Fully certification system. All the CE, ETL, UL, CUL, UKCA, SAA, GS cost more investment on time and expense but that's necessary to be responsible for your safety and trust.
